Five Things I do Every Day.

Here are five things I do every day;

  1. As soon as my alarm goes off in the morning I spend five minutes in conscious gratitude. I am thankful and present, and I breathe deeply in The Now Moment.

  2. I run up the stairs (any stairs). Why walk? It’s much more exciting.

  3. I take one small step towards a bigger goal - there is always, always, one thing you can do every day that keeps you headed in the direction of, and ultimately closer to, the bigger picture; an email, a social post, a tick on a list. Keep moving forwards.

  4. I allow my inner child to have full rein on my thoughts for a block of time. Why?
    Because the younger version of ourselves is our truest compass, and most authentic guide, to who we are and what we are worth. And then I ask myself; “What would Elizabeth do?” #stayyoung

  5. I eat an avocado, because they are a superfood. (#toptip *soda bread + avocado + marmite)

*and here I am as mother and general bag-lady, dressed for the very odd weather, and in the hope that I might get chance to do some skipping and some yoga
