Postpartum Support.

🌸 Because your recovery matters as much as your baby’s arrival

The weeks after birth are a time of deep change—for your body, your emotions, and your sense of self. This season, often called the fourth trimester, can feel both beautiful and overwhelming. You’re adjusting to sleepless nights, new routines, and a body that’s healing… while also caring for a brand new human.

You don’t have to navigate it alone.

💛 What I Offer

Whether you’re in your first week postpartum or several months in, my support is designed to nurture you—not just the baby.

Gentle, practical care

Help with feeding (breast, bottle, or both), comfort measures for recovery, and setting up small systems that make life easier.

Nourishing food & rest tips

Quick, one-handed recipes, snack ideas, and ways to actually drink that cup of tea while it’s still hot.

Partner & family guidance

Helping your support network understand what you really need so they can show up in ways that make a difference.

Emotional support

A listening ear with no judgment. Space to talk about the joys and the hard bits—because both are valid.

🌿 My Philosophy

Postpartum care should be gentle, real, and rooted in your needs—not a list of rules or “shoulds.” My approach combines evidence-based guidance with mother-to-mother understanding. I’ll never tell you there’s one “right” way to do things; instead, I’ll help you find the way that works best for you, your baby, and your family.

You don’t need to be coping perfectly.
You just need someone to stand alongside you.

She is the source from which all life springs. But if her cup runs dry, then nobody drinks
