Week One: Foundations of Calm + Connection

Not “coaching” the birth, but holding and protecting the emotional environment
Learning to recognise and respond to tension or fear
Practice: short relaxation and grounding techniques as a pair

Confidence in speaking up and creating calm when pressure or panic rise
The “oxytocin bubble”: protecting energy, tone, privacy
