My nutrition background is largely in the realms of gut health and the GAPS diet philosophy by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, which links to supporting gut to brain nutrition; basic brain-to-gut understanding - including hormone regulation, eliminating sugar, nutrient deficiencies and brain functionality, intuitive eating, seasonal eating and even ancestral fasting have been topics I've studied over many years. The Infant Microbiome links into this wonderfully - a sort of mother and baby full circle. I work to support and rebuild postnatal nutritional depletion alongside the fascinating writings of Dr. Oscar Serrallach.
