Coming Home to the Work That Chose Me

After a few years away, I’m returning to birthwork—with a deeper heart, steadier hands, and more clarity than ever.

Life has taken me on a journey I didn’t expect. Navigating a divorce meant re-evaluating everything—my home, my identity, and the shape of my working life. In the process, I had to put parts of myself on hold, including my role as a doula. Not because the passion faded—but because I needed time to heal, rebuild, and rediscover who I was becoming.

What I’ve learned is this: birthwork never left me. The call to support people through the profound, raw, transformative experience of bringing new life into the world remained as strong as ever. And now, with more lived experience, more softness, and more strength, I’m stepping back into this space with open arms.

This time, my work has an even sharper focus—on the often-unsung heroes of the birthing room: birth partners. In my hypnobirthing workshops, I help partners become birth champions—confident in preserving oxytocin, protecting the birth space, and advocating for the birth plan. And the support doesn’t stop once the baby arrives. Birth partners have an incredible role to play in postpartum too, from safeguarding rest and recovery to holding the new family in love and steadiness.

I believe more than ever in the power of holding. Of listening. Of being a calm, grounded presence in the room. I’m here for births that are joyful, complicated, empowering, unpredictable—and everything in between.

Thank you to those who’ve supported me through the past few years. I’m so glad to be back doing what I love.
